Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Terms apply to the Klevi affiliate program (the "Program"). They add to our Terms of Service. By applying to or taking part in the Program, you agree to them. Haven't applied yet? Start on the affiliate page.

1. Joining the Program

You need to apply, and we decide which applications to approve. You must be at least 18 and able to receive payments by PayPal or Wise. Please give us accurate information and keep your contact and payout details up to date. If we approve you, we'll email you your personal link and code.

2. Your link and code

Your link looks like https://www.klevi.ai/?via=YOURCODE. Your code looks like YOURNAME10. People who enter your code get 10% off Pro and Max plans and Session passes paid with PayPal or crypto, each time they use it, and 10% off their first 3 months when paying by card. People who came through your link get the discount on their first purchase automatically. A customer is credited to the first partner whose link they used, or whose code they used on their first purchase. The discount can't be combined with other offers, and we may adjust how it's applied where our payment provider requires it.

3. How referrals are tracked

• When someone opens your link, we save a cookie in their browser for 30 days.
• If they create a Klevi account while the cookie is active, they're linked to you, and that link is permanent.
• First click wins. If they used another affiliate's link first, that affiliate gets the referral.
• We can't credit referrals we can't track, for example when cookies are blocked or someone signs up in a different browser.

4. Commission

You earn 25% of every payment a referred customer makes during the 12 months after their first purchase. This includes Pro and Max plans, monthly or yearly, and Session passes. Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid, after discounts and excluding taxes. Commissions start as pending and are confirmed after the payment clears.

If a payment is refunded, charged back or reversed, the commission for it is reversed too. If it was already paid out, we deduct it from your next payout.

5. Payouts

We pay confirmed commissions once a month by PayPal or Wise when your balance is at least $50 (USD). Smaller balances roll over to the next month. You're responsible for any fees your payout provider charges and for your own taxes. We may ask for information needed to comply with tax or payment rules before paying you.

6. Rules

To keep the Program fair and our brand trusted, you agree not to:

• Bid on "Klevi", "Klev" or similar terms or misspellings in search or social ads, or use them in ad copy or domain names.
• Send spam, including unsolicited emails, direct messages or comments, or use bots or fake accounts.
• Refer yourself, anyone in your household, or accounts you control, or buy through your own link.
• Make misleading claims, promise results, or suggest Klevi can be used to get help in exams, tests or interviews where outside help isn't allowed.
• Pretend to be Klevi or imply you speak for us.
• Post your code on coupon or deal sites without our written permission.

Always make it clear that you earn a commission, as the law and the platforms you use require. We may withhold or reverse commission earned by breaking these rules.

7. Using our brand

While you're in the Program, you may use the Klevi name and the materials we provide to promote Klevi, as long as you follow any brand guidelines we share. You may not change our logos or register names, handles or domains that include "Klevi" or "Klev".

8. Changes and ending the Program

We may change these terms, the commission or the discount, or end the Program, with at least 30 days' notice by email. You can leave at any time. If we end the Program or your participation for reasons other than a breach, we'll pay the confirmed commission you've earned up to that date. We may end your participation right away if you break these terms.

9. Our relationship

You take part as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship. Our liability under these terms is limited as described in our Terms of Service.
